My fiance and I are not really interested in doing a full reception dinner. We are looking for a venue where we can do cocktails, appetizers and maybe 1 or 2 carving stations. Most places that I have found in Orange County have food/drink minimums which pretty much forces couples to have a full dinner. So, I'm looking for venues that are more flexible and are willing to work with us even if we don't spend thousands and thousands of dollars on food. Any suggestions?
