Outdoor Rehearsal Dinner Venues in Summit County

My fiance and I are looking for an outdoor venue in Summit County to host our fairly large rehearsal dinner of 75-100 people. We want to do a BBQ or woodfired pizza theme - something casual, but elegant against an outdoor backdrop, maybe with a pavillion or something. Ideally, we'd like to do it near Keystone, Dillon, or Silverthorne if possible. Any suggestions?

    Bonnie Q BBQ & Arapahoe Cafe in DIllon is amazing.  They win every BBQ challenge in and around the state.  I would have them cater your RD.  There are lots of parks and outdoor venues around the area.  There is actually one down the street, on the lake, by Arapahoe Cafe
