outdoors in Woodland Park

anyone know of any good venues that won't break my bank to have an outdooe ceremony, indorr reception with a backdrop of the Rockies? Woodland Park, Springs, Manitou, something like that.

I'm having my wedding at a gorgeous outdoor venue called Loriendell:

Another place you might check out near Woodland Park is called Christhaven Lodge.  The couple that own it are amazing people and very willing to work with you on things.  http://www.christhaven.net/

Also there are a couple beautiful hotels in Woodland Park you can look at.

One final option that I looked at and LOVED was this one:  http://www.blackforestbb.com/.  It was too small for me to have my wedding at, but maybe you'll have more luck.  Hope you find somewhere!

do you know anyone in the military?   farish recreation center in in woodland park and has a perfect hilltop site for weddings of almost any size, a beautiful view of pikes peak, and a smaller indoor reception venue as well.   For us it is free, but it can be up to 100 bucks.   It is only open to military, active or retired to make the reservation, but the couple does not have to be.   If you call, talk to Bob, he was really helpful but the women were not.   and the golf course in woodland is also very pretty, 2500 for cermenoy and reception.

Thank you so much for suggesting Loriendell, HannahBrombal. My fiance and I are now going to have our wedding there next fall. It's perfect for us, affordable, and the owners George & Lynn are amazing. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an outdoor venue in a beautiful aspen forest.
