Outdoor sites in Fort Collins

Has anyone checked out the Preserve at Bingham Hill?  I have heard it is nice.

I went there last fall when they were still buidling it. I looked like it was going to be really nice. We didn't go with it though because we wanted to have the reception inside and their inside area is the size of 1/2 of a gym. They were talking about getting one of those giant tents, though. I think it would be great for people with smallish sized weddings (i.e., less than 100).
