A wedding dress with sleeves?

Yikes!  I'm getting married in February and no one carries wedding dresses with sleeves.  When do the winter dresses get in?

    I was just in Pearls and Lace on Saturday and I know they had at least one with 3/4 length sleeves (very Kate Middleton).  They also had cap sleeves and other sleeve options that could be added to some dresses so I'd maybe check them out.
