Alternate location for a country wedding?

We are looking into a building on Lake Lawrence in Yelm, Washington for our primary location for our romantic country wedding. Our budget is really low since we are having to pay for everything ourselves. I've been looking online for any alternatives for locations to see I can find a second choice but everywhere else that I like is over our budget. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We are looking for a location that can hold 150 people, has a wood or natural resource look, possibly a view of a mountain (preferbably Mt.Rainier), lake or river, and hopefully provides tables and chairs. We thank you in advance for anything you can provide us.

Pretty pricey though, about $3000. So it depends how much of your budget you want to go towards the venue. They offer a discount with their photography services, and they let you have outside catering, so you could save on that!

Yeah that's probably going to be to much. I'm looking to stay around $1500 or less. Thanks though!

(the space is a little awkward for 200, but it's only $500)

The Gig Harbor Yacht Club

(I think it's actually about $1700, but it includes a lot)

My DD also seriously looked at Lake Lawrence and loved it, but there was no good place for the ceremony, so she went with Kitsap Memorial

Check at the state parks in your area. I found a gem at the Fort Worden state park for an amazing price.
