We are planning on reserving the Columbia Winery for our wedding for August 2012 and I am wondering which caterer is the best? Pricewise - I found A Platinum Event to be the least expensive... Lisa Dupar quoted me $20,000 for only food!!! For 200 persons... can anyone help give me ideas on how to cut the cost here? Any tips When speaking or asking caterer?
