Seating chart board template?

We are going to do a single board sitting on an easel for our seating chart (going to have it printed at Kinkos). Does anyone have a template they can send me?

I don't. Maybe ask on the DIY board? Those ladies are really helpful.

I don't have a template but we are using this one as inspiration:

My FI will be working on our in the next week or so, I can send you a copy of ours once we are done, but it will probably be in adobe indesign/illustrator.
