nontraditional, rock 'n roll renewal on a budget ideas

I am planning a renewal of vows ceremony WAY in advance because we do not use credit cards and are on a tight budget. We will be celebrating 25 years of togetherness in 2014. We have 5 children, including 15 year old triplets girls, another daughter 10, and a son, 8;

We did NOT have a wedding the first time, but a very tiny ceremony at my parents' house. I was overweight (still am, but not nearly as much), very self conscious, and did not want to be public. Now I want to make up for that.

We met in the 1980s scooter/ska/music scene, so want to have a music-themed (mostly 80s) reception. I am looking for suggestions for a budget conscious venue that allows for a later night of dancing and music. I also would like to have a burger/fries/50s diner menu. I am currently will be checking out QueenBees, Culy's Warehouse, and Silver Star on Utah. Any other suggestions?
