I am looking for some sort of caterer in the Minneapolis area that would be able to make hors d'oeuvres or salads to go along with my Pizza Lucé pizza for the wedding. I would have liked to have Pizza Lucé do the rest of the catering, but their apps and salads are so spendy, it just doesn't seem worth it. Any ideas? Much of our money was spent on the venue/rentals so we are hoping to be affordable with this part of the wedding.
