Reception Venue on the Water in/near Stillwater

I'm really trying to find a little bit of a unique reception venue, I'm not a huge fan of the typical banquet hall look. Also trying to find something on the water. We looked at possibly doing one of the Stillwater River Boats, but they're incredibly pricey. Does anyone know a venue that fits that description within a max of 30 minutes away from Stillwater?

    Try the MSP board.  They are a little bit more active and I know they have some suggestions for that area.

    My fiance and I thought about the Stillwater Public Library.  It is on a roof terrace overlooking the Saint Croix River Valley.  It looked beautiful, but it did have a few policies in regards to noise.
