My fiance and I are planning a desert-only, evening reception in Uptown/Mpls. We're going the desert-only route so that we can splurge on other things (custom lighting, performances, maybe a live band). I'm from out of town and have only been able to research big name caterers--and they're a bit more than we want to spend.
Anyone have a good desert caterer to recommend?
Also, I was really hoping to do a beer & wine bar plus a few signature cocktails, rather than a fully stocked bar. Again, trying to reign-in the costs! The caterer would need to provide alcohol, glasswear and bartenders.
And... how much did/would you pay? Thanks!!!
