Definitely look at the local vendor pages. I went to Alterations by Toni for my dress and have been very happy with it. Reasonable price is going to vary based on who you ask though.

I had a really good experience at Kim Dao Alterations in downtown. She has on the street parking and is really easy to get to. Her bustle and hem were affordable.
