Alterations

I went a few pages back and didn't see anything recent. I got my dress from Wendy's bridal but have hear terrible things about there alterations department. I would like to go with someone small/private not a big store for my alterations. Of course I would like to do all this at a reasonable price. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I used Pauline Miller.  I just had my final fitting last Monday and she did a great job.  I only needed a hem, a little work at the top, and a bustle, but my dress is asymetrical, so it wasn't that easy to work with.  Her prices were very reasonable, IMO.

    Also check out Tony King - I used him for some minor issues once I got the gown to Cincinnati (my major alterations were completed in New York), and was thrilled with both him and his work.
