Hey Ladies,
My FI and I both go to college and have one more year left. The plan is to get married in July 2012 after we graduate. Recently, we found out that both me and him could get a large grant from the school if we are married. So we were thinking about legally getting married now so we can get that extra free money for next year and have our huge ceremony and reception in July 2012 as planned. We wouldn't exchange rings during the legal wedding nor would we tell anyone but our parents. We would do it to save money and then have our big day as planned. Of course I would love to save money! But I don't know. I am afraid if we do this then the big day wouldn't be as special since we would already be married. What do you think? I could use some advice
