How much does a calligrapher cost?

I have not looked into this at all, so I thought I would just pose the question here to get an idea. Has anyone looked into the cost of a calligrapher for your invites? I had planned on having mine printed, but thought I would see about the cost of a calligrapher first. Thanks for your help!

There are sellers on Etsy who will do it for $.50-$1.00 an envelope depending on the script you want.
