who would you suggest as the baker?

I am getting married in Utah but live in California...any suggestions on who we should use for a baker? Not a lot of money, fondent, black and white cake, 3 tieresHELP PLEASE!!!

the lady that I used for my cakes through Tuscany Gardens was awesome!! I'll send you pics of those too. I got your email and I should be getting my CD early next week so I'll send you pictures. I haven't forgotten about you, just haven't been able to write back.Stefanie
