Help! Trying to find a coffee/espresso bar to rent with a barista...

I'm just starting to plan my wedding and would really love to have a brunch theme with a coffee/espresso bar. The only problem is...I can't find a mobile coffee bar anywhere besdies London haha. Any idea or has anyone seen something like this? (Below is the London link).

That's a neat idea but I've never seen that here. Maybe call some event rental places like Modern Display or Diamond Rental, and some coffee shops, to see if they have any ideas?
