...J-Cakes, Chimirri's, or Pastry Fusion?

We're meeting with these 3 bakers in the next couple weeks to decide who will make our wedding cake. I'd love to hear from brides who will be using them or have used them.
 Would you recommend them? What was you experience with them? Were you happy with your wedding cake? (Feel free to post pics of your cakes too)

    I haven't used any of them, but we are planning on using J-Cakes (it's one of the vendors our venue uses--our cake is included in our package).  I tasted a sample at a bridal show and it was very tasty and moist.

    We are using J-Cakes for our Nov 5th wedding. We really liked the tasting we did and the cake photos they had done. They were also recommended by our vendor and the prices were reasonable. Hope that helps you.

    We used J-Cakes... the cake was amazing! By far the best I've had at a wedding, so I'm glad it was mine :)
