My fiance and I are completely torn and undecided. We've only traveled to Florida together a couple of times so any place new and tropical will be nice!
We are debating between an all inclusive resort (Sandals, Couples or Secrets?!) for 7 days. Pros: all food/bev. included, some resort water activities and for the most part... a pretty nice room! We've looked in Antigua, St Lucia, Jamaica, ...) OR our other option is Hawaii by cruise ship. This would be a little longer honeymoon, total 10 days! We'd get to see all the major islands, Maui, Kauia, Oahu, Big Island with overnight stays in Maui and Kauia. We've never been on a cruise ship. The rooms are small and pretty basic (we'd def opt for a balcony) and not very "romantic". After all is said and done, we're looking to spend about $6,000 either way, so it's not like one option is way more expensive than the other.
Thoughts please? ! We are wanting to do excursions no matter where we go. Has anyone ever taken a hawaii cruise before?? Thanks girls!
