FI and I seriously want to go to Thailand for our honeymoon. It is both of our ideas of heaven...we have found a resort we love (anyone here ever stay at the Sarojin on Khao Lak?) but the only problem is that we figured out where our dream honeymoon would be AFTER we set our wedding date---not that that would have mattered much. I only have three months between undergrad and grad school for us to have planned anything, and all of it falls during Thailand's so-called rainy season. There's a travel blogger who swears it's really not that bad, especially in June--he lives there and posts often about the weather, but the FI and I need a little more convincing. I would just love to know if anyone else can give us some information. I'm willing to handle a little rain. I would just like to know HOW much a little rain might be and if it would be worth us spending our money there or if we'll be stuck inside all day. Any info guys?
