I am planning on cupcakes for my wedding.  I am going to get them from Cupcakes & More in Lincoln.  They have 3 different sizes (minis are $1, regular is $2.50 and jumbo is $3).  I know for normal purchases if you buy 12, you get the 12th free (so you pay for 11 and get 1 free).  I haven't talked with them yet to see if they do any other discounts for bigger orders.  They have tons of different flavors and they are delicious.

I know this is completly off the wall but Whole Foods has AMAZING cupcakes! (my son can not have artificial flavors or colors and they do not use either) I used to think that cake gallery and Jones brothers were great but they both pale in comparision! good luck in your search!

Dolce Cafe on 120th and Maple. The best cupcakes I have ever had. I have no idea what their pricing is though.

This may be too late but Cupcake Island in Omaha at 120th and Pacific is fantastic. Bliss in the Old Market is amazing as well. Both of these places make gluten-free cupcakes as well and they almost taste better than regular ones!
