Laws for owning a pool in Council Bluffs?

We have a 4 ft chain link fence in our backyard.  We want an Intex Easy Set pool.  Either a 10'x30" or 12'x30".  It is not a permanent pool, you take it down at the end of the summer.  Is our fence good enough or do we need something different?  Any other laws?

I had a pool growing up, as well as pretty much all of my friends. For the longest time my parents didn't even have the back yard completely fenced off (we had one side without a fence), so I think you should be fine.
