Finding hotel rooms for out of town guest

My fiance and I are getting married in Port Orange, Fl on March 16, 2013.  The problem we are running into is that this is during bike week.  So the hotels are either not available or to expensive.  Do you have any suggestions?

The only thing I can think of is booking rooms out of Port Orange?? Then you can drive to the reception?
