Tent height?

Does anyone know how tall a 30x50 tent may be? I want to hang lanterns but don't want use ones if the ceiling is low.

I'm not entirely sure either, but you may have a better idea if you try using a tape measure. Take it outside and measure that out on your lawn to get a general idea. The ceiling for our reception is really low too, but there is a space in the ceiling that is much higher for the room's chandelier. So I plan to put the dance floor underneath that and hang lanterns in that area.  Would the tent have a flat top or a pointed top that makes the ceiling higher at that point? Like this:
