How long does set up, ceremony, reception and cleanup take?

My Fiance and I are planning on a wedding in a friend's backyard. How long does the set up, decorating, ceremony, reception and cleanup usually take?

I'm thinking of having my ceremony and reception in the same space, there will be an area outside the area to allow for a cocktail hour. Is that enough time to set up the reception area? Set up would include: tables, centerpieces, re-arrangling chairs, dj, set up etc. Also, as a side note nothing will be hanging from the walls.
