I wanted to pass along this tent planning website that I found.  You can select your dimensions and add in tables, dance floor, DJ, etc.  Its been helpful for me and deciding where I would like everything to go.  HTH you if you're using a tent too!

The knots seating chart tool seems better to me.  This has a max width, knots doesn't, didn't mess with it past that since our tent is bigger than it will let me use.
