I was so happy to find this board, I didn't know it existed
My fiance and I are having our ceremony outdoors, then our reception indoors at a different venue.
Would anyone be willing to share their ideas or pictures from their outdoor ceremony? We think we need to rent a tent in case of rain/extreme heat, but are unsure of what type of tent is best for a ceremony (for about 120 seated guests).
We also don't want to have to use the tent if the weather is nice - I know it may differ by region, but in your experience are vendors flexible with this? One that we met with said that we need to make a final decison on the tent a whole week ahead of time.
Any information or ideas would be greatly appreciated! We've been looking into this for awhile but still feel very clueless. Thank you so much!
