Our ceremony and cocktail hour are outside. We will have two large, (30x40") dinner seating charts that we want to display on the patio during cocktail hour for people to find their seats at their leisure. Plus will eliminate the traffic jam/bottle neck if we have it just inside the dining room. Was thinking about having them mounted on foam core and put on easels, but that will be pretty lightweight and if there's a breeze, over they go. Anyone have any other ideas?
