We are doing a retro/vintage style wedding and our colors are black, ivory and red. To bring in the red we are adding accents of cherries. (see cake) The girls are all in 40's style black sheath tea length dresses and will be carrying bouquets of red carnations with white tulips, wrapped in back ribbons. A few close family members have questioned my sanity in this but my FH and I love the cake idea. Elegant yet fun... in our opinion.... what do you think? Outside input would be appreciated. Thanks.
