Wine Bottles as Vases?

Hi!
I'm going for the wine theme at my reception. My table names will be Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, etc. I was hoping to use empty wine bottles as the vases for real flowers. I haven't gone to see a florist yet. Does anyone know if it's even possible to get flowers in those tiny stems? I'm thinking some burgundy and white flowers.

    It is super easy to cut the necks off the wine bottles. Either use a glass cutter or DIY it with nail polish remover, yarn, & a lighter (google for directions). We are having a vineyard wedding in Sonoma and doing the same concept: wine bottle vases and wine corks as name cards. Love it!
