I found this website www.gartersbykristi and she has all kinds of garters and you can buy the set the toss and keepsake, or just the one you want.

I just dont know if it's too expensive, if you buy both its $32...what do u girls think?!?

That website doesn't take me anywhere. It takes me to my internet "this isn't a website" page. 

But I think that's comparable with most prices for handmade ones on etsy. i wouldn't pay more than $40. But that's just me, and my price line that i've come up with. I think it depends on how much you love it.

I purchased both of my garters from craftychick on ebay for 19.99. Pics in my bio, I almost purchased from kristi but found a cheaper alternative, and the quality of my garters are great.
