do i put the lopez family or mr. & mrs lopez and A lopez?
or ms. B lopez, ms. C lopez and mr. D lopez?

or seperate place cards for each family member???

I would put  Mrs. and Mr. Lopez and family or if you have more them one lopez...then you can put  Mrs and Mr John Lopez and family that way each lopez knows who it is...   If you put everyones name its going to be too much..

But just to make sure I got this right the "lopez" family all got 1 invite and they all are sitting together? Cause like if there are two Lopez brothers  and thier wives they should each get one card.

I'd probably list everyone, Mom Lopez, Dad Lopez, and Lopez Jr., but that's because I plan on separating some families up at our tables.

are you handwriting them yourself, labels or taking them somewhere. I am trying to figure out what to do w/ mine. I have the cards just need to fill them out! tia

im getting them made at invitations by leston.. hes charging me $1.75 and it includes calligraphy
but i dont want to do a place card for every last soul present, i just want to see how to word the families correctly ..ughh!

Mel I think if its a family you could just put Mr. and Mrs. Lopez and Family. It hink its the easiest route for everyone.

I got it on ETSY the girl that made it was SUPER NICE and fast! She has the option of printing it for you or you can buy the chart and print it on ur own. I had her print it because it was cheaper than printing it myself here. It might work out for you the other way or having her print it, anyway I paid $120.00 (24 X 36) for printed and delivered. She designed the SAME design as my invitations, I sent her my proof from my invitation lady and she came out with the amazing design of the chart. She was very good with communication. The frame I got from Michael's. Oh and she has different sizes of course the bigger the more $

I'm doing the same as Marnie and making a chart instead of escort cards. I think the escort cards are too much work and they get messy all scattered on a table.
