Marriage License Question

We live in Palm Beach County but are getting married in Broward County.

Which courthouse do we need to go to - where we live or where we're getting married?

    I may be wrong, but I don't think it matters. I think the only requirement is at the state level.

    I would call the clerk of court to be sure, but I think it's supposed to be in the county you are getting married in.

    It doesnt matter as long as its i n the state  of Florida.

    I just looked at the information sheet that they gave us when we got our license, and all it says it that it must be in the state of Florida.

    I also live in Palm Beach so I just wanted to suggest the courthouse off of PGA Blvd.  We went there for our passports marriage license and both times there were no lines.  We went at about 10 am each time (and the ladies in there are super sweet).
