Man it was soooo quick! A month later!!!! I was so excited to see it 

So its OFFICIAL IM MARRIED!!!! hahahaha

Now I have to get my butt to the Social Security office wish me luck girls...

SS office was SO quick and easy for me...I was seen within 5 min and it only took 5 min.

The DMV, on the other hand....

Can you do SS and DMV on the same day? Or do I have to wait till I get my new SSN card then go to DMV?

SS office was quick for me too - in and out less than 5 minutes.  I don't think you can do both the same day.  The information has to be in the SS database because the DMV will do a cross reference.  I would make my appointment now for the DMV so you can get that squared away.  SS office you could just walk in.

Yeah, you can't do them the same day, unfortunately. I think they told me I had to wait 3 days? Then the info will be in the database that the DMV checks. I couldn't go until the following week anyway, and I already had my SS card in the mail by that time!

Definitely make an appt. at the DMV. I didn't, because the Pasadena office had a 1 month wait and I was too anxious to change it. But I had to wait over 2 hours, ugh.
