quick registry question

This might seem like a silly question, but I'm at the point of wedding planning where every decision is overwhelming.  So, did you register for 10 or 12 of each glass, place setting, etc?

    I did 12, at the rec of my mom. This way you have enough for a big gathering, in case the pattern goes out of production down the road- also in case anything breaks!

    did 12 even though I need 0.  everyone is insisting we have to register for this stuff, but we don't.  But if you do, yes - you register for 12.
