house rentals for wedding?

Hi! Does anyone know of any house rentals that could accomodate a wedding ceremony/reception in the los angeles area? Preferrably near the coast..  We have been looking on vrbo.com, but no luck!  Unless we wanted to spend our entire wedding budget on a house rental !Undecided  Thank you!!

How big is your wedding?  There are a couple of houses we look at in Malibu, one in Hollywood, and one in the OC on VRBO.  I'm not sure if they have special rates for weddings but we were initially looking to get married in the house and stay for 10 days.  The rates we looked at ranges from $600-over $1000 a day but we didn't even ask about wedding rates since we didn't wanna pay more just in case.  In the end, we changed our plans.  Let me know if you can't find those postings.  I'll try and find them if I have time.

Hi,  our wedding is going to be with about 85-100 people.  We were trying to find a house with a big enough lawn to set up a tent for dinner and dancing, and use a patio for cocktail hour.  I emailed a few places on vrbo, but they didn't allow weddings.  I will look for those postings that you mentioned though! thanks so much!

You can absolutely find one! I was looking at a site that just listed these incredible houses over looking the ocean. I'll have to see if I can find it again. *fingers crossed*
