We'd love to have our wedding in Cartagena, mostly its because where we became a couple but we also love the atmosphere. We want the traditional experience with the dancers and salsa band but don't need to go over board on flowers or any extras. We'll likely have around 75-100 people (hopefully on the lower side). We're planning on an outdoor ceremony and reception but beyond that we don't have any other ideas.
I reached out to a few wedding planners to get some price quotes but so far only one has gotten back to me with a starting price of $30k USD. Is this the usual price in Cartagena? Our budget is $15k, is even possible to have a wedding in Cartagena for that much or should I look for another location?
