I am a new Knottie and also newly engaged!
We got engaged two weeks ago while we were on vacation with his family. FI wanted to take a walk on the beach [beautiful beautiful beach, we were in southern NC] and then he proposed at sunset! Absolutely beautiful.
We have known each other and been dating for almost 2 1/2 years now, and we moved in together in March. It is just absolutely perfect!
This is my beautiful ring. FI bought it the week before we were going on vacation, and had asked my dad about two weeks before that for my hand. He says it was a 'spontaneous' decision to propose to me on the beach but I wouldn't have it any other way! ♥
I am looking forward to using the Knot's potential as an awesome wedding planning tool in addition to all of the inspiration for my own sunset wedding in 2013.
