So my FI is a third year med student and just scheduled his main blocks for year 4. He scheduled his ER rotation for the time of the wedding. He says its fine, that he only has to do 11 shifts, so he can cram them in during the week and a half before the wedding, and the week after the honeymoon. I'm a little stressed that the scheduling won't end up being so flexible or something. Can anyone here ease my anxiety? I know it differs by school, but what was your experience with ER?
