New to the board

Hi everyone,

I just got engaged in December and my masters thesis is due in April. I have a draft due in two weeks and the pull of all things wedding-related is so strong!! Any of you students have any tips for getting down to academic research/writing without typing "theknot.com" into your browser or googling things like "unique wedding venues CT"?

    Welcome to the board and congrats!
    I can understand where you're coming from, whenever I'm working on a design project it is so hard not to just click over here! LOL!
    Good luck on your thesis though :)

    Welcome to the board. I have issues focusing too. I should be studying for the 3 tests I have next week and working on the project that is due as well instad I'm on TK "giving myself a break"

    This is why I adore tabbed browsing!  I have my work open in as many tabs as necessary, along with facebook and TK!  I am so ADD that I just see it as inevitable and don't try to fight it.
