any management info. sys. majors by any chance?

Hi! :)

So, I'm currently in school for my bachelor's with a concentration on systems analyst. I really want to do software development/software engineering. So I was looking at job postings online and noticed that most of the postings ask for an associates OR a bachelors degree. I've been going back and forth with getting an associates in CIS for a long time because of the convience and I'm already behind in school because I switched schools and majors.  So, what I'm asking is, does anyone have any experience with getting an entry-level IT job with an associates or how would it be more beneficial to finish my bachelors instead of associates?  I'm a little confused because if it's the same thing basically wouldn't it make more sense for me to get an associates and start my career?

Thanks guys!
