So, pardon my venting for a moment, but I have officially hit a serious panic...
First: I think our wedding is currently planned for the week of finals for my summer semester (two mandatory classes). Since the summer schedule is not out yet, I don't know that for certain, but judging based on when finals were for this past summer session, I believe our wedding falls the Friday prior to finals. Not a HUGE deal, as we can postpone the honeymoon a week (nothing is booked yet) and/or I can see if I can take finals early... but it's a little extra unnecessary stress.
Second: I just found out from that I am required to take the final two (of three) major state certification exams for my field during "Summer II"... ie: next summer. And their recomendation is to take the exams near the end of the semester. So I now have finals, final wedding details, AND not one, but TWO, major state certification exams (essential to move forward in the program and graduate) to deal with next summer.
CRAP!
