    The only one I have been able to find is Sin Pretty Bridal in Youngstown. She has a website and here is her email address; sinprettybridal@yahoo.com. Just let her know Anastasia Nelko told you about her! She is really nice and her prices arent bad.

    Maybe try a hair school. My fiance's cousin is almost done at Casel Aveda Institute and she posted pics of make-up and hair she did for a photoshoot as well as highlights she's done and they are nice! Not sure what kinda hair you want...but she's doing my hair for my wedding!
