I am hoping to be able to use my Mom's wedding veil however there are a few alterations that need to be made, i.e. trim up the bottom to remove a slight rip and remove the 70's Juliet cap and add to a comb.
Does anyone happen to know anyone or have suggestions?
I am hoping to stay in the High Desert but I'd be willing to travel a little.
