Invitation Proofs- Need help

I just got the proofs back for our invitations.  Should it read "declines with regret" or "declines with regrets"? Or do I need to make it "decline with regret"?

    We put:
     _Joyfully Accepts

    _Declines with Regret

    I had the stationer double check our wording and they changed other parts, but this was OK. I have also seen "Decline with Regret," but then the "Accept" line would have to be the same tense.

    Regretfully Declines
