Budget Venues In Jacksonville or St. Augustine

Hi All,
I am newly engaged and am just starting my search for a venue for a fall of 2011 wedding.  I am on a pretty tight budget, and am wanting to keep the reception fairly small (about 60) and somewhat casual.  Does anyone have any ceremony/recpetion venue ideas?  I've already looked at the White Room, which was nice-- just a little too much $$.  I'm open for all types of suggestions in the area.  Thank you for your help!
Kate

We got married at the Government House in St. Augustine and loved it!  We were on a budget too, and it was definitely one of the cheapest places we found but also one of the most beautiful.  It's perfect for smaller weddings.  There are a ton of pictures in my married bio (link in siggy) as well as vendor reviews.

There is another room in that same building- the Bayview Room, and also try the Sala Menendez Room in the Lightner Museum Courtyard. They are both nice, owned by A1A Aleworks, and better for smaller weddings. Both options were cheaper than the White Room.

Check out state parks, most of the time it is free to have it there and you just have to have them get the permit for you. We are having the ceremony at Kingsley Plantation, and renting the FOP lodge in South Jacksonville Beach. We are having Milano's out in Jacksonville Beach Cater... keep in mind that our wedding is for about 250 people though. We set our budget fro $5000 and have everything done for $4000.....

Check out the Winterbourne Inn or the Hilliard Mansion.
