I've heard good things about www.kimtasha.com and I'm personally using www.stephaniejmazzeo.com for my wedding.

When I was looking for makeup and hair, I found many of the ones I contacted to be booked up or they took days to get back to me. So frustrating. I also wanted someone who would come to my hotel. Hope that helps!
