How has the communication been with the Event Manager?

I have been working with Carrie West at Grimaldi's and have found her communication and follow through to be less than impressive.  I am really disappointed because I really wanted to use them, but now I am worried that things may fall through the cracks! 

Is any one else finding the same thing?  Have you had better luck contacting her through email or phone?

I am doing my rehearsal at Grimaldi's (in Old Town) and I had emailed Carrie a couple weeks ago. I got a response back from someone else saying Carrie had fallen ill and is on long term sick leave.

I would recommend calling him. He was very helpful over the phone.
