im looking for a place to have my ceremony and wedding on a small budget about 5000 and hoping to have everything included. my guest count will be about 65-70?? any ideas?

One place you can get a quote is from Dobson Ranch Inn. I'm only having my reception there, but it's supper affordable and inexpensive for guest to stay overnight. Everything is included except for the DJ and Photographer. I booked with Mike Maez for photography as he's affordable and awesome! Our DJ is running us only about $500 for 7 hours. We are on a VERY tight budget so we searched everywhere for affordability.

There is a hotel in East Mesa that has inclusive wedidngs like that.  In fact I have officiated 2 weddings there and the catering and set up is elegant ...something I haven't  seen in about 15 years. It is the windmere hotel and confrence center.   Please tell Joe that affordableweddingminister.com told you about it.
